Can't see your Wiliot Assets? Try this:
- Allow time for your Assets to display.
- The further your assets are away from the bridge device, the longer it will take for the assets to show up. If they are several meters away, they can take up to two minutes to be seen, although it can also be a lot faster.
- Double-check your bridge device is plugged in and operational.
- Your Energous bridge should have a blue light when powered on
- Keep the Wiliot App open on your iOS or Android mobile device, with Bluetooth and Location services enabled.
- Pixels rely on a connection to the Wiliot Cloud, provided by the Wiliot App, to decrypt, analyze, and make available their Wiliot data packets. If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve enabled Bluetooth and Location services for the Wiliot App in your mobile device’s settings, and that your smartphone is connected to the Internet, either via Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
- Make sure your Wiliot App is updated to the latest version.
- Check the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure your app is up to date.
- Start with your Assets placed on an even plane within a meter of the bridge.
- We start close and directly in front of the bridge so that there is maximum energy for the tag to harvest.
- The orientation of the Pixels on your Asset can also have an impact. Learn more about what the best orientation is here.

Troubleshooting:
- I’m having issues creating a new Asset.
- Only Pixels that are not assigned to an Asset can be used to create new Assets. Please make sure the Pixel you are using isn’t already associated to one of your current Assets.
- My bridges are not showing up for me to claim.
- Please wait at least 5 mins to give enough time for our Platform to detect your bridges nearby. If they still never show up, please reach out to support@wiliot.com.
- I don’t see any temperature or location data for my Asset.
- Start with your Assets within a meter of the bridge to ensure that everything is working.
- If you are using a material that is not cardboard or plastic, please use our cardboard spacers.
- Double check that your Wiliot App is open on your mobile device and Gateway Mode is still turned on.
- The location is not changing for my Asset after I’ve moved it.
- In order for location change to work, your bridges need to be at least 40-60 ft (12-18m) away from each other to create two distinct zones. If your bridges are too close together, then their energizing field will overlap and the Platform is unable to tell which zone your Asset is in.
- I don’t see any bridges for me to associate to a zone.
- Your bridges need to be claimed first before you can associate it to a zone. You can claim your bridge by clicking on ‘Bridges’ on the Menu Panel in the Platform.
- I don’t see the Pixels in my kit listed in the Platform.
- In order for your Pixels to start appearing in your account in the Platform, you need to first create an asset using your Pixel. Once it's been used in an asset, your Pixel will appear in your account going forward.
