Starter Kit - See tags in iPhone app. Claim option is not visible/available

Dual band gateway is on (solid white) and the Coffee cup, single and dual band tags are within a foot in front of it.

I can see the tags in my iPhone app (v1.7.6.), but I'm not presented with the "Claim" option. If I tap one tag in the list, it only shows the tag details. These are brand new tags right out of the box

The gateway is registered in the cloud and it shows online and connected "mobile".       What Am I missing?

  I am facing the same issue with my iPhone app (v1.7.6. build 1) and starter kit. Not been able to claim the coffee cup tags. Can you please suggest a solution here.

  Hi Bharathi,

   
  When you click on "Account", can you please confirm if the "Pixels View" toggle is turned off? When this is off, it will give you the view where you can claim your Pixels.
