Partner Kit Wiliot Pixels not visible by bridge & gateway

As part of the Partner kit we received Wiliot Pixels which are listed on our Management portal under "Tags".

 

We have them setup in the 3-tier arrangement;

Wiliot Pixel -> Energous VN25 Bridge (received with the start kit) -> Wiliot iOS app.

 

However, these pixels do not appear when placing them in the FoV of the energous bridge. We have confirmed the setup works by placing a reference pixel in FoV as well (a pixel that was received as part of the starter kit - all listed under the same account)

 

Looking for assistance on how to make these partner kit pixels visible, thanks
